Good Afternoon Hollywood Students, Families, & Staff,As we prepare to begin a new school year we would like to update you on some of our current COVID protocols.
First, Hollywood High School will be scanning Daily Passes upon entry to campus, so please have your Daily Pass ready before you arrive.
Back to school Testing: Students and employees should test within 48 hours of entering the campus for the first day of school. Hollywood High has rapid test kits that can be picked up for staff and student use. Test pick-up will be available today until 4:00 pm and Thursday and Friday between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
ONLY positive test results need to be uploaded into the Daily Pass at dailypass.lausd.net, with a photo of the test kit that includes the following information written on a separate piece of paper:○ The individual’s full legal name○ The individual’s date of birth○ Test date○ Test result (“POSITIVE”)○ Individual’s last date on site
If you have a Positive test, please stay at home until you are negative and call the attendance office to report the absence.
