After School Hours & Activities Policy

Dear HHS Parents/Legal Guardians,

We want to assure all parents and members of our school community that Hollywood High School’s number one priority is the safety of our students and staff. Please be advised that beginning Tuesday, November 1, 2016, students who are not participating in after school extra-curricular activities such as LACER, Adult School, tutoring, rehearsals, work-based learning activities, sports, and other school sponsored activities, will be asked to leave the campus after 3:15pm. All participating students must report to their after school locations promptly.

Students loitering around after school hours has been a prevalent concern because unsupervised students can get engaged in unsafe behavior creating safety hazards or injuries.

If you are interested in tutoring or other after school extra-curricular activities for your child, please contact Hollywood High School LACER Program at (323) 993-1830.
