Wellness Center

Our school’s wonderful Wellness Center will be closed for all of winter break and will reopen when school starts for the second semester. “Where should I go instead?” For any reproductive health services, the nearest Planned Parenthood Health Center is located at the intersection of Vermont and Santa Monica. All services are no cost or low cost. Note that walk-ins are allowed during certain hours, but appointments are preferred; see website http://bit.ly/2ho0dx8 for details. For any counseling or mental health services you may need, please contact Freddy Pablo, Aviva Family and Children’s Service Outreach Specialist, at 323-394-5742. He will make sure that students receive necessary therapy services over the winter break.

Peter and The Star Catcher

Peter and The Star Catcher

Come with us on a fun, fantasy-filled journey to Neverland, the story before Peter Pan, and find out how Captain Hook got his hook and the Orphan Boy found his name. Peter and the Starcatcher opens this Thursday at 7 p.m. in the auditorium, and plays December 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are two dollars for students, and complimentary for Hollywood staff and guest.

AP Biology Enrichment Review Session

All students are invited to attend the AP Biology Enrichment Review Session on Saturday, December 3rd from 9am - 12noon in Room 505.
