Students, look for your name on the bulletin board in the main building or in the quad to see your first period class. Your first period teacher will give you your full schedule. Write your schedule down including teacher and room number so you have a copy. Student program change requests will be available starting on Wednesday, August 17 from your first period teacher.

Some of you may have received a letter indicating summer school ends on July 22nd. This unfortunately is an error. Please note that summer school will end on Friday, July 29th, 2016. Students are expected to attend everyday and complete their assignments, tests, finals, or projects for their classes.

All new students/families are welcome to our New Student Orientation night, Thursday, July 28th at 5:30pm in the school's auditorium.

Seniors, do you owe books, fines, lunch fees, or other debts? Make sure you have cleared all debts by June 2nd in order to participate in graduation rehearsals. Check with the cafeteria manager, librarian, or student store manager respectively for an update on your debt list.

SAS students and parents are invited to the SAS Academic Awards ceremony today, June 1 at 4 PM in the cafeteria. Come for refreshments, a T-shirt raffle, and an opportunity to socialize with the SAS community.

If you are a student taking AP Literature in the fall, you can download your summer assignment from Ms.Tobenkin's blog or pick up a copy at the front counter in the counseling office. Please note: the assignment will be the same for all AP Literature classes.

Please come join us in honoring and celebrating the hard work of our talented magnet students at the 2016 PAM Awards. This fun-filled event will be on Wednesday, June 1st, in the auditorium from 5:30 to 8:00. There will be delicious Mediterranean food, entertainment - singers, dancers, and musicians - surprises, and of course, awards. Please join us for a great, fun-filled and memorable evening.
